Get access to Duet WebApp

Duet enterprise WebApp is designed for the enterprise accounts or clients who have purchased or contracted with Duet to use its Mobility as a Service (MaaS) technology platform, to monitor and manage their mobility services.

The Duet WebApp supports enterprise client users in five main areas of service management – 

1. Monitoring the current services

2. Rider/customer services

3. Analytics and reporting

4. Fleet management

5. App tutorials

6. Service program & account management.

If you have a service contract with Duet in place or you use a Duet contracted fleet, you're most likely qualified to access the WebApp. For accessing the WebApp,

- If you've already been given a user account credential by your employer or Duet, then you can head over to the WebApp website and use the credential to log in.

- If you don't have a user account credential but believe you're qualified to access the WebApp, contact your employer or Duet at [e-mail] about access. In your email, please include your name, your employer's and the contracted service program. Once we verify your information, we will create and email your account credential to you.
